Back to the thread,
I have always believed God gave us the right to make our choices in life..........
I agree. God has to look down on me and just shake His Head. I keep on trying to live the way He would want me to.

Oh man English Bulldogs are the best dogs ever. If I can ever retire, I'm going to rescue as many of those fat a## dogs as I can afford to.

I believe that God helps those who helps theirselves in many ways. There is power in prayer I do know that. I also believe that you are not going to leave this world until its your time. I find myself asking why a lot of times. Never knowing the answer just have to have faith in thats the way it's suppose to be.

I have a 4 legged grandog that I have custody of. His name is Scrappy. Part Chow and part shepherd. The only thing chow in him is his tongue. My daughter was 16 when her and boyfriend got this dog. He was in the Air Force. He couldn't keep him so I still have him and my daughter will be 29 in May. He still acts like a puppy with no sense. lol

Yes GOD Rest BIG FAT BABY. I miss that sweet, ugly face. I was 8 when he died and I still can see him grunting his way out to the kitchen to eat some more.

I hope everyone is O.K. this morning. I got a lot of rain and some wind but thankfully no damage this time around.

I love dogs too Cherie. I also love cats. I have a teacup Persian now. She is 8 years old and weighs 6lbs, but boy is she the boss. She's tiny but she has the temper of a Doberman.

Is that Bootsy? The best dog I ever had was a mutt, but she was still a little lap dog. Her name was Sweetie. She lived up to her name. That dog loved me and I loved her. She lived about 11 years, she's been dead about 5 years now. I cried like a baby the day she died. I still think of her sweet little face and smile.

Yep, that's little Bootsy. She is a honey colored Shovle faced Persian with 4 tiny white feet and it looks like she is wearing boots. I have had a pet all my life. When I lose one I wind up with another. I paid $2,500.00 for Bootsy as a Birthday present for my Mother and they hated each other right off the bat and Stupid Little Shat got the new name of Bootsy. Bootsy held the title of the smallest cat in the U.S. until about 2 years ago but, now she's in 2nd place. I bought her one of those little mechanical dogs so she could have her own puppy to beat up on and the first thing she did was lay down and tried to get it to nurse her.

That is what I came in here for this morning....to say good morning to you, and to see how you are.(and the rest of the people too.)
I am so glad that you had no damage this time. We will pray for those who did. I reckon this storm hit all the way up in Maine.

I see all the surrounding counties are out of school. My little sis teaches at Lawrence County and every year she and I compare who gets out for weather and other things. This one may even us up,I will have to check and see. Maybe we need a thread just for our people to check in and let us all know they are ok.

I am fine today Misty and very happy to see that you, Cherie and Rosie are O.K. Cherie did say the water was up a little. The thread idea is a good one. There are so many things that hit us here in EKY and it's good that people care enough about each other to keep in touch.
