THEY ARE NOT LOW INCOME. they cost between $450 and $540 a month.
people seem to think they are low income because they are HUD approved.
u have to make over 12k and under 30k to live there.

Well 450.00 to 540.00 a month is low income housing to me. I'm use to paying 800 dollars a month for the house I'm buying. I just bought a bass boat also, that makes it a little tight in the household. I don't mean I can't afford it, I just mean tight as in I can't go buy a lot other things I like to buy, like old cars, trucks, etc. I make good money as an acct for my farhers business. I started out struggling at first, just because I wanted to pull my own weight in life, I am 25 and I didn't want to ask for my fathers help, if I had asked he would of been glad to help out, he is wealthy, and can afford anything he and my mothers heart desires. He has 5 old classic cars he has fixed up, I know he has better than a 100,000.00 in them. My mother has a Cadillac Escalate, he makes sure she has what she wants. My dad has run his own mechanic shop and has his heavy equipment parts house for 20 yrs... He has saved a lot of money, I mean a lot of money. When I was 16 he bought me a Ford mustang convertible, my first car, I loved it, for about a month, then I was going to trade it in on a Chevy Truck, my dad kept the mustang and bought me the truck, lol..he couldn't let the mustang go... He's all about the older vehicles. We live on a farm, no farm animals tho...which is good, I don't want to have to take care of animals... I have been an acct for my fathers caterpillar shop for 5 yrs, I love doing what I'm doing, and its not to hard to get a day off ...LOL... I'm planning a cruise to the Bahamas next year, I have never been, looking so forward to it. I did go to Florida last month for two weeks, had a blast, spent a lot of money....too much money... Mostly drinks, LOL... Me and 4 other friends went, I know the most all of them spent in two weeks was like 2200.00 dollars.... I on the other hand, spent well over 4300.00 dollars.... Which a thousand of it was to lease a buggy for the beach, beat the heck out of walking the beach every day. But it was good times, the same bunch is going to the Bahamas... I can imagine how much that's going to cost me. But, its only money.... Peace everyone!!

Well!!! I didn't get everything handed to me, I've worked a full time job since I was 19, I'm only 25. I had to work growing up, I mowed grass, weed eated....help my dad on equipment, so I don't think I've been handed everything bit*h. That's what happens when you work, you get money. My father has done it his whole life, and now it shows, and I dam sure wouldn't call a man having things handed to him that makes 51,000.00 dollars a year himself....you must be on crack. LOL... I mean come on. You work hard....you play harder. Do I like to spend money? Hell ya I do... I'm 25yrs old... I enjoy life bit*h. That's why we work homie!! I'm not rich anyway, I may be someday, but my father is very well to do, he would tell you the same thing. He's pretty straight forward man. He's got money, but when you look in his and moms home its not all white carpet and white sofa, LOL...he likes antiques, and mom loves antiques. They have 4 very, very old antique grandfather clocks. I'm going to ask him for one of their clocks though, he just doesn't know it yet...LOL... He may give me one. He works 6 days a week. The shop isn't opened but he's there and working on equipment... He's a better man than me... LOL..I need my weekends off. LOL... I am still young, I don't want to be washed up by 30...LOL. I bought a little ole dirt bike a few weeks ago, I love to trail ride. We went trail riding a couple of weeks ago up willow branch, saw 3 bucks...2 of them good size bucks.... I don't hunt, I never got into hunting. Dad once told me I probably should of got into hunting, I wouldn't spend so much money that way...LOL...I always would rather go to a beach, or gambling casinos, I love to play the slots....you can run in to a lot of money that way though. Well I gotta jump off here, I got some friends coming over to throw some steaks on the grill...much cooler day today... I went and got 14,rib eyes...love me sone grill steak...peace out.

THEY ARE NOT FURNISHED.
THEY ARE NOT LOW INCOME.
$450-$550 per month
they are hud approved though.
they have handicapped places also for older people.
but there is a major waiting list to get in.
they are also very strict from what i hear,
you have to keep everything very clean and tidy nothings allowed on your porches, monthly inspections.

THEY EVICT FILTHY PEOPLE FAST FROM HAT I HEAR.

Too bad they are in the middle of frikkin nowhere. They look nicer than most rental properties in civilization. I just could not live out in BFE like that.
