Contempt of court is a court order which, in the context of a court trial or hearing, declares a person or organization to have disobeyed or been disrespectful of the court's authority. Often referred to simply as "contempt", such as a person "held in contempt", it is the judge's strongest power to impose sanctions for acts which disrupt the court's normal process. What does that have to do with Savannah Wells? She was in the wrong! You did nothing! Family sticks together, I guess!

How To Get A Visitation Contempt Order
If someone does not obey court orders, he or she may be held in "contempt of court". For example, if the other parent does not allow you to visit the children as the court ordered, you may ask the court to hold him/her in contempt. If found in contempt, the offending parent may have to pay court costs (including the attorney fees of the other parent), may be ordered to allow the parent to make up the missed visitation time, and may be ordered to spend time in jail. What would you let Savannah wells, out of this order?,,,When all the leagel papers were filled? She is or her family related to you or your husband's family?....Why was this not treated fair? OH! she got her money!...and we got the shaff....you were voted in and , I sure hope you can be voted out?

These are all accolades, where is the experience one needs to fulfill this type of position. People of Johnson Co can do something about this if she has not done a good job in representing the people of Johnson County!

I know of some children that have been in foster care for around 4- 4 1/2 years and she wont do tpr on the dead beats or any thing they get chance after chance and the children are suffering. Seems like the cases that need closure cant get it and the children that need returned home they keep in care.. whats up with that? Hon. Judge Wells, please read the reports from DCBS workers, besides they have daily or weekly contact with most these children and families there reports should state there findings(JUST READ THEM) and do your job!!!The reason I say this is because there should be no question of what needs done with some of these poor children, if you would just read what the DCBS workers have found in there investigations.Either send them home or adopt them out to a loving family, dont keep there future in termoil.

CHILD SUPPORT doesnt have anything to do with visitation. Just because some men pay and some dont it doesnt have one thing to do with seeing the child. That is the choice the men make either they want to be a dad or don't. So If you make them then yea you should pay. It takes a low-life to not want to be with his child so if you make that decision then you have problems.

This doesn't even mount to a hill of beans, her husband Frank is just as bad. The only reason he works for the Kentucky Dept. of Education is because he was good friend with David Couch.

This woman has no sense about her at all. She has ran the court system down so much. Everyone needs to come together and get her out of the system. She gives children to men that should be with their mothers. She shows favoratism to certain attorneys (Eric Mills, Chris Bowlin). I know that she will not win in Johnson or Martin. Everyone made a mistake for voting for this no good heartless woman. Her dad is the one that helped her get in office. I guarantee that she will not win again. Hopefully she will be smart enough not to even run. I heard that she has been reported to the Ky. Bar Ass. She has been in trouble for not getting her paper work finished in a timely manner. And this is who people elected to represent our children. She gave custody to a father that was a dope addict and the child died soon after. She should be the one that is in jail. EVERYONE BAN TOGETHER TO GET THIS WOMAN OUT OF OUR COURT SYSTEM AND OUT OF JOHNSON COUNTY!!!!!!
