Just think,...If it were not for unions, you would have no health insurance at all, no workers compensation, no raises, no forty hour work week, no time-and-a-half for overtime, no vacations, no holidays, there would be no minimum wage, your 13 year old son (or daughter), would be working six days a week, twelve hours a day, right beside you,...and you would be able to do nothing about it. I think people need to realize that all of these things we now enjoy here in America were fought for, and won by, an organized labor force, over a period of many, many years. And countless struggles. Is organized labor corrupt? Yes! Is big business corrupt? Yes! Is our government corrupt! Yes! Then it falls upon ALL of US,...the ordinary working class, to be diligent, and to fight for our right to earn a decent living, and to not be raped & pillaged by the very people who we made rich with our sweat & blood. It is the destruction of the middle class. Time to,...Wake the hell up!'Nuff said!

Todays union's have not evolved. They are trying to use praactices of old in a new climate of business and economic environments.

Americans jobs were exported. Americans feed the greed machine that keeps jobs leaving this country.

Don't ask your fellow Americans to keep you in the style you've become accustomed to on their 'dislocated worker" paychecks and while they are revocating for the service oriented jobs that won't compare to the ones they had.

Keep buying the crap from China. Don't picket Walmart, rush them right into the nearest town to you. Add more dollar stores that feed these over sea's labor markets.

When Corporate greed is called, they will throw it in reverse.----> Not until they can't make their profit's, their projections. The CEO's and those with criminal profits don't care about the American's they sacrifice, even though many are born here, that doesn't make them Americans, they are turn coats.

You have no power until you start harnessing your spending power.

If you really want to make a change, learn up, find the achilies heel of those that you detest, and then go for it.

It's Greed my friends, it's greed.

When unions first started, they were needed and did great things. Now...I'm not so sure. I've seen employees fired for cause brought back to work after working through union channels. There seems that there is too much bureaucracy and not enough action anymore.
