1 Every public official has their personal information open for review. Making personal information of any public servant is putting them and their family at risk. The general public has no need to know the specific information on these servants and families. |

1 The Ohio Supreme Court ruled years ago that this type of information is not discoverable as public record. If you see this is still going on, please report it ASAP. |

1 Judges, cops, elected officials. They are not equal, they are above everyone else and they believe they are accountable to no one. Judges get drunk and refuse to stop for the State Highway Patrol, State Highway patrol and local cops drive 145 + mph and pay a 150 dollar fine, a city cop gets drink and drives left of center and runs down some poor kid on a bike, she don't even bother to stop and is never charged with DWI. Yep, these people are more important than we are! |

1 Why so bitter? The judiciary is a cornerstone of our society, helping to ensure order and respect for our laws. Killing/assaulting a judge undermines that system and inserts fear and intimidation (like terrorism) into a process that should operate with as little outside influence as possible. So really this issue affects the foundations of our society. If someone murdered you, it would just mean that the other guy at the mall cell phone kiosk would have to work double shifts for a while. I can see the distinction. |
