Greg Kahlstorf has cost taxpayers millions for his business antics. He should be denied rental space from the state, and denied a certificate to operate by the FAA. Tenants that live to create problems should be eliminated.

Well Greg you can always get into another fight with Ornstein, the Judges all abhor him. Choose your battles.

Some Wackenhut employees are okay.

But other Wackenhut employees deserve to be sued or beaten like a red-headed step child.

ALL need to take pride in their personal appearance, grooming and hygiene, and at least TRY to hit the gym on a regular basis. Scheduled teeth-brushing is an advancement in civilization that some have neither enjoyed nor evolved too.

Cutting down on Spam and other high cholestrol, fat-generating, cellulite-exploding intake could also improve their personal experiences.

Yeah, it's still down there, if you can move that blubber away for a moment.

This retired and decorated Law Enforcement Officer had the "COJONES" to stand up to a most vile, volatile, nefarious individual who finds solace in suing anyone and everyone who gets in his way. Hopefully the State of Hawaii D.O.T. will wake up and take appropriate action when dealing with Greg Khalstorf and his his failing pacific wings airlines, who should now be renamed "PATHETIC BROKE WING AIRLINES. Greg, Fly Back To WHEREVER You came from, The PEOPLE OF HAWAII AND LAS VEGAS does not welcome your kind, That's not the way we treat decent people in our 50th State.
P.S Your so called airlines is now grounded for maintenance FOR .....CHARACTER MAINTENANCE!!!!!

The Federal Gov. should be held accountable for wasting taxpayers money. The U.S. Attorney Bill Shipley should have looked at the evidence and known that there was no case against Mr. Tam Ho. U.S.A. trillions in debt I wonder why?

My humble apologies. I did not know this about him charging our Kalaupapa People (St. Damien's People) this outrageous, egregious, clearly excessive, unwarranted and unjustified fee for simply flying in or out of their historical residences.

My personal view of SOME of these "security" guards, cannot overcome this compelling point you make here.

YES. I change my mind.

DOWN with Pacific Wings and their trouble-maker Greg Khalstorf.

Congratulations are due and in order for Tam Ho.

What a waste of taxpayers money to shamefully try to prosecute an upstanding retired police officer on trumped up charges. Greg Khalstorf and his crew of misfits deserves to be sued for every penny they have for their slandering of Mr. Tam Ho. He and his family have had to endure a great deal of stress while defending Mr. Tam Ho's obvious innocence. How this was ever brought to trial boggles my mind. Congratulions to Robert "Butch" Tam Ho!

WARNING!!!!!
Greg Kahlstorf has now spread his wings to the State of New Mexico and Georgia, please be aware of his most confrontational and antagonistic demeanor. It took the courage and fortitude of a retired Police officer to fight the injustice of this evil man, he makes his so-called millions by BULLYING people and companies too afraid to confront his evil ways. Maui residents should be proud that this man and his Ohana took on this "BULLY" and exposed his "sick" ways, my friends who watched the trial observed that Greg Kahlstorf and his band of thieves tried to put on an Academy award winning performance but fortunately the jury was not swayed or fooled by Kahlstorf's antics. Much mahalos... to Mr Silvert and his defense team for such a well prepared case. They EXPOSED the many lies that kahlstorf and his cronies presented. Governor Lingle and Mayor Tavares should permanently furlough this good for "nuthin" pathetic airlines......

Congratulation to Mr. Tam Ho. Finally, because of this trial the truth came out about Pacific Wings and the workers that will lie for them. I been on Pacific Wings and there are a handful of honest and friendly employees. But, all in all....I found out from a resident in Kalaupapa, Mr. Kahlstorf stopped all Medication that was being sent from Honolulu. Pacific WIngs has been flying the medication down daily for years..I guess he, Mr. kahlstorf does not realize that the residents in Kalaupapa need it and Pacific Wings is the only carrier that goes down there on a daily basis as a scheduled airlines. Mr. Kahlstorf has no heart....I would love to stop his meds. Also, from what I understand, he stopped his staff from using the ramp to help the residents to board the aircraft...He is such a low life and does not care about anything but himself and the money he brings in. Charging them 500.00 for a round trip ticket is his way of hurting them. The residents have never done anything to Pacific Wings. But, he can take their MONEY. I also heard that Pacific Wings will be doing some of the Charters for Saint Damien celebration in Nov. I guess they were forced to use Pacific Wings. I'm sure no one wants to use them. I was flying out on Island Air and pacific Wings has 2 flights daily to Molokai. Guess what...No one flies them...HUH! I wonder why...

Mr. Kahlstorf should take the 2 planes that he has in Hawaii and ship them off to the Mainland where he shipped the others. Yes, it are EAS routes so he is making money..

What goes around comes around and I hope...Sorry I'm sure he did not learn his lesson...

People of Hawaii and Mainland...Do not fly Pacific Wings. They cancel flight to accommodate a charter...They don't care who they scr.W over.

Some of this is true, but charging $500 for trips to KAULAUPAPA is not. It's pretty expensive, somewhere around $200 but still nowhere near $500. I am also thinking that the new GO! Mokulele will not fly down there, and if they did would you expect GO! airlines to help out anybody. Does anybody really expect GO! to start beings altruistic either? Anyway Greg is a real douche but that doesn't make wackenhunt great people either. PS the internet seems to be charging a lot more than if you call them on the phone.

It's very sad to see how an innocent retired Assistant Police Chief, Robert Tam Ho, who is known to be a man of high integrity, could be falsely charged federally, for doing his job. This is a man who knows the laws and did everything properly when dealing with the lying owner and employees of Pacific Wings Airlines. Apparently, Kahlstorf knows people in high places and made enough noise to launch an attack on Mr. Tam Ho. If the State D.O.T. had taken actions sooner, instead of being afraid of Kahlstorf, all this could have been avoided. I wonder where all the media coverage is now when the truth has been brought out about Pacific Wings. The media crucified Mr. Tam Ho when the story first broke without knowing the facts. Congrats to Tam Ho!

Pacific Wings Owner, Greg Kahlstorf, picked on da wrong local brudda, Butch Tam Ho! Right on Tam Ho, you stood up to this punk and his political connections and made a fool of all the lying scoundrels that were involved in this fiasco. Shakas to Defense Attorney Silvert for exposing the prosecution's witnesses as dishonest, low life scum of the earth. Where's the media now? Almost no coverage in the media when the wrongfully accused Tam Ho is found Not Guilty of all charges. Why's that? I guess it's easier to sensationalize lies than to cover the real truth. Anyways, it's time for Kahlstorf to ride one of his little planes out of Hawaii and STAY out!

Congrats to Mr. Tam Ho and his Family...This is another example of how some people attempt to abuse the legal system for their own personal gain. How is it that this case took nearly 4 years to come to conclusion? Why is it that the Government chose to even prosecute this ridiculous matter. For Mr. Tam Ho and his family to have to endure this Travesty of Justice is simply unacceptable! Someone needs to be held accountable for the trauma and pain that was inflicted upon a this former Assistant Chief of Police. Not many people dedicate 30 years of their lives to Protecting and Serving their Community. For the Government to treat this man this way wreaks of corruption.

The conduct of the FBI in this case was unprofessional and dishonest.

The conduct of the personnel in the US Attorney's Office involved in this case was even more shameful and disgusting. They had to have known that the testimony of their key prosecution witnesses were highly questionable, but they still went ahead with this lame prosecution.

It would be interesting to hear the comments of the jurors in this case. I think their comments would prove to be highly embarassing to the federal prosecutors involved with this prosecution.

The jury in this case can rest assured that they made the right and just decision. This case should never have been pursued. The initial reviews were correct, Tam Ho was cleared by several previous reviews, including the local feds. The question remains, who caused this top-down pressure to pursue a worthless case?
