A man accused of holding and showing off a tape depicting the sexual assault of a 3-year-old girl was taken into custody Sunday, authorities said.

This man looks young and stupid. He may have wound up with the tape by accident and showed it off too who ever reported him. This was a good thing in that the incident had came out in the open. His fear may had kept him from turning it in and his stupidty lead him to show it off as a joke. Only a good investigation would lead to how guilty this person is; or what part he had play in this sick and perverted crime. I feel sorry for the mom, because the grandmother recognized some of the furniture; I assume it was a person the mother had trusted. I hope there is a follow up to this story.

Here we go again, a guy getting arrested for what someone else did! This is once again total bull, this guy was in jail and had every reason not to turn the tape in. Here's what I think, he knows this stiles charactor and stiles was going to pay him money for letting him (stiles) shoot the video in Tuck's old apartment. When Stiles never made good on the money Tuck turned it in knowing they would have no trouble figuring out who this liitle girl was, thus finding Stile... Well, only time will tell if I am right once again in my predictions.
There is one fact, this story is going to be a media feeding frenzy! I feel sorry for this guy and he should not have his name and pictre posted all over, what if he really just "found" the tape?
Lawmakers, it needs to be unlawful for a legal victim (man in this case) to have there name and face in print all over the world. We must, until he gets convicted , not send his good name and picture of his face to the hogs!
I thought the Duke LaCrosse team was the end of slamming innocent MENS names and posting their pictures as if already guilty and convicted. I guess I was wrong. I could see putting Stiles name out there as he is a suspect who has not turned himself in for questioning. Justlike the girls name,his name and pictue should be public only until he comes forward to be questioned and then , and only then the media should drop his name and face from the headlines or from media convictions , until a real conviction or guilty plea is entered!

Rapists should get the death penalty..there is no way for them to make it up to their victim. There is no cure for a pedophile who is forced into therapy, therapy only works for those who seek it. Why should we spend tax dollars on these defective, destructive people. The guy who turned in the tape should have cleaned his fingerprints off it and sent it in anonymously if he didn't want to be connected to it. Especially after all the irreparable damage we've witnessed in recent media witch hunts.

The man in this topic, didnt molest that girl, he had a tape of someone else doing that.
How he came into contact with that tape, is unclear, he claims to have found it. But how I look at it, he has to be guilty of something, or he would have turned the tape over to the police, as soon as he found it. He should rot in hell, for holding the tape. A innocent child was on that tape, how can people be so sick?

From the info we have, all we know is this man "Tuck" says he found the tape in the desert. We cannot assume he had anything to do with the assault. So many posters want this guy severely punished, without regard to the facts. Remember the rule of law- A person is to be presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

These comments are really shocking, and the experts are actually highly questionable. Such comments are the results of ones personal emotions and not based on sound judgement. All we can see at this point is a suspect and a very inconclusive report by a media that exaggerates at every opportunity. There is always room for doubt in a situation like this. Let's not be too hasty.

The man found the tape. Shortly afterward, according to his attorney, he was arrested and spent time in jail, unable to turn the tape in from there. I read in a different article that this tape had been taped over video of an 11 year old girl in Mr Tuck's town...and according to police reports coincides with a peeping tom report to the police by that same family. Maybe it's not a coincidence, but they must have some reason other than what we know to arrest him. No rush to judgement here, I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt, but after reading that other article, feel that there has to be more to it.

It's not Mr. Tuck, but the rapist himself, that I want to see strung up. And if facts come out that Tuck had anything to do with it, so be it for him as well.
