Commercial truck parking in PLPOA

On Thursday night, April 9 the PLPOA Board of Directors will vote to change the commercial type truck rule to allow one ton wreckers, deliver trucks, utility trucks and dump trucks to park over night on residential lots in PLPOA.
Is there anyone out there who wants a tow truck operating from the lot next door? Do want the big motor starting up at 2am waking you from your sleep?
Can anyone explain how allowing such commercial type trucks supports the Declarations of Restrictions that say no over night or longer parking of commercial type trucks in PLPOA?
Can anyone tell me how allowing such trucks to stay on residential lots will help improve our quality of life or maintain our property values? Try selling a house with a wrecker parked next door.
