Man Shot While Sitting In SUV In University City - KTVI

A drive-by shooting in a quiet University City neighborhood injures one man. University City Police say the victim was sitting in a dark-colored SUV in the 8000 block of Canton late Monday evening.

I was very shocked when I heard about 10 gunshots ring out at about 9 p.m. on the corner of my street. It is a very quiet and serene neighborhood and I can't imagine who would do such a thing. I hope that University City Police Department catch the person who committed this crime and serve them their justice.

i feel safe in the city. This stuff is going on every where now!!! the worst is yet to come as long as the economy is suffering like this... People have no homes , no jobs , they feel as if they have nothing to loose.

people dont know that it was not always like that in u.city, the younger generation does not care anymore. They so damn dumb that they just wanna try and kill each other and dont know why there doing it. They need to put those efforts into positive things.

what no jobs and homes got to do with someone riding up besides you shootin, they didnt take money or his home to replace somethin they aint got, probably some retaliation shit, these kids think they in the wild wild west, and these grown ass men won't leave home bringin they drama home to mama.
