Next in line after Cadwell & Burton....Austin Leech, Issac Benjiman, Rosie Crice. Then a few Judges, Prosecutor Hargrove, Lear, Blackmen, Fortner, Bryn & Possibly Potts.

Also in a sort of unrelated matter...KSP for a few serious no, no's they made along the way......I'll be just as pleased when they go after each one.

I have always felt that no matter how big or small a part the person played in Jessica's murder or the Fu*K UP of the investigation should be held accountable.

Do you or anyone else think that a person should be held accountable if they were unknowingly a part of the FU*K UP if it was their responsibility to see that certain things were done in a case this big?

Whether a perso is voted in or hired in, they have to go by ever single rule under the law. If they don't, they're just as guilty, especially when they shouldn't wait to be asked certain questions before they tell the truth.

Don't ask..Don't tell.....Doesn't apply here!

A great injustice has been done in this case. The Currin's deserve to know the truth.

Why wasn't the rape every publicized? The most interesting facet was the unidentified semen recovered was never linked to the perp. Gross incompetence by the police squad. The DA never tested, WHY?
Also, Jessica was stabbed. The State's version never mentioned that she was stabbed. The state's case was based upon the story told by Victoria Caldwell, Rosie Crice, and Vanisha Stubblefield. All three of these individuals, when interviewed by the Ky. Innocence Project stated they had been forced to lie by the police. Rosie Crice testified in court that she was forced to lie by Police KBI Agents. What happened to her? The state prosecuted her for perjury.
If you review the crime scene evidence you will quickly learn that the testimony of these three individuals and the State's case does not match the crime scene. The state did not collaborate their stories with the crime scene evidence. The crime scene evidence doesn't change, but the State's witnesses never told the same story twice. How could they ever have been considered creditable.
There was such a rush to solve this case and arrest some one that the case was never properly investigated. What happen to the missing evidence in this case? Was there ever an investigation into what the police did with this evidence?
Check the information that is on the internet concerning this case and you will see the case was never properly investigated..Go Jessica Currin on You tube and you will find what the Currins and others think of this investigation.
It has been said many times before, the Currin's deserve real justice. We all deserve a better justice system than this.

It is sad that Tom Mangold and Susan Galbreath are still trying to make a movie concerning how a Ky house wife solved a murder that the police could not. This is especially irritating when you read in the record that those two were responsible for promoting the State's story, which is not supported by the crime scene evidence. The only thing those two did was to help mess up the already blotched case.
If you go onto Mangold's web site you will find that he is indicating that the movie will start production in 2014
They are trying to produce the movie thru Rain Mark Films and the BBC. People should e-mail both of these organizations and let them know that they should further investigate this case before making the movie.

This is such a serious matter, that it is sad and unbelievable that some one would make a comment such as this.

This case has not been solved. Person or persons most likely guilty, initially arrested, tried and released due to a technicality, we're never looked at again! Instead, a person not of any part of law enforcement, with NO experience in the field produces a suspect who is tried, convicted and sentenced to two life terms! Every pro agency involved missed this man! The person who 'solved' this case had strong ties to one of the initial suspects! This ain't right!

Well stated Mr. Moore. Hopefully, in the near future this injustice will be addressed. The Currin's deserve to know the truth.
