Which one?

My favorite is the Japanese Steak & Shrimp with the Fried Rice cooked to Medium.

Which one of these 3 is the best???

Shogun in Murray is delicious. I can't speak for the others, though.

I am a food tester, and personally I would recommend Shoguns.

They have classes for this, you would need to look into finding classes near you. They teach you what to look for and what to like. You will be very much surprised at how wrong you are on some foods, atleast I was.

As far as food quality, Tokyo Hibachi. Showgun tasted weird to me but I will try it again. Hananoki used to be great but we got tired of being the only people in the place. They need to refurbish and start anew. Last time we ate at Tokyo Hibachi our chef was beyond drunk and it was kind of a disaster!! He caught his hat on fire and dropped everything he touched... Eggs, utensils, bowls, you name it. Quite funny though. He turned off the light for the volcano and never turned it back on. We ate in the dark.

If you ever go to Nashville's Kobe Steak House, you will actually see and taste what a real Japanese Steak House should be. Yea, our local ones are OK but they fall way short. They will do to save the drive to Nashville but they are a big let down when you've had the best. Another really good place to go is Benihana's. It wouldn't take much for our locals to achieve a great status but I'm afraid the owners are a little to cheap to make it better.

Kobe in nashville? Nasty! We eat at tokyo and shoguns a few times a month, and shogun has a little better taste. Peter is the best at tokyo, alex is annoying

shoguns by a land slide! June the owner used to work at tokyo sushi across from the hibachi place. he knows how to run a business, his staff always seems happy and i feel at home when i'm at shoguns. i dont knwo 2 many places around here where the owner will come out and actually talk 2 u and tell u hope u enjoyed your meal. other owners should take junes lead.

Shoguns has the best quality meat and they are all over the US so they have to live by standards, which makes them best.
