Well if ur a woman Edward and kautz is a little on the flirty side. Jeremy seems to have a really good record. Not a big fan of any lawyers in this town. To much good ole boys club here between judges and lawyers. I hear there r some good ones in Benton.

Remember, the outcome of a case in McCracken County Court has little to do with law and much to do with who you or your attorney plays golf with at the country club.

Don't be deceived by an attorney who will charge you outrages fees and knows little about your case.

The attorney will exaggerate how bad things can go without him but if your case has no political effects you will likely get the same deal as the other guy with your same circumstances that didn't mortgage his home to pay legal fees.

If you want to win you must play the game correctly.

Many attorneys will give a free call consolation over the phone. Call a big law firm from Louisville, and ask for advice. They are likely to explain to you how it really works around here as they did with me.

Attorneys take a lot of money from people they have convinced it is necessary. Be careful, the legal system doesn't function the way you might have been taught.

I have hired several attorneys from this area and I consider each one a rip off.

Learn something about what you are doing before you sign anything. They will get you started then want more and more money. Never let them know how much money or assets you have.

I'm no psychologist but I have experienced Sanderson first hand. I just don't think she is qualified to be a judge.

A judge should have no bias, Sanderson appears to have nearly every available bias.

People in the area need to fix their problems with the local government. Stop being passive. Lots of people know she is not qualified to be a judge but she continues to draw a paycheck.

Doesn't her family profit from orders she makes as a judge? I've heard this but need more information.

there is one attorney in paducah who is in good with sanderson (or knows how to play the game). That is all that matters. It's not anybody that has been mentioned. and his price is fair.
