Logical comparison:
True Christian struggling: "God, I know that you don't want me to live like this, and I can't change without your help. Please help me so I can be closer to you."
False Christian Justyfing: "God loves me the way that I am, and those things don't apply to me because they've been translated over the years bla bla, etc."
God's Word is perfect - period.
Yeah, Jesus loves you. However, when the times up.. the time is UP. You won't get any lovin' then.
People need to quit justifying their lives and realize that life is SHORT, and eternity is FOREVER. It's like choosing your favorite piece of candy, knowing that you'll never get to eat a full course meal for the rest of your life after that. Is it worth it? My gosh.
Oh yes, and to whoever is spouting out judge not, lest ye be judged, etc.. That sure is a popular scripture quoted by people who are living against God. That's probably the only scripture you know. Problem is you're using it incorrectly.
God said to not to judge those outside of the Church.
God said to JUDGE those who claim to be Christians, yet live like Hell.
And yes, he did say.. when you do judge, it'll be measured to you.
What does that mean? It means, he won't tolerate hypocrisy. That means, fat preachers, quit talking about addiction and stop eating at McDonalds. That means, smokers, quit judging people smoking pot.

The bible was written by a man, not a god
The whole book of fiction was written to justify was MAN thought was correct.

Goodness! Close minded people make me sick- guys its such a small world why be so horrible to everyone in it? Life is terribly short so enjoy it! And telling someone else how to live their life won't make you happier. If your not gay then why so you care? It's not you whose in a relationship anyways- and bashing other people and blaming them for ANYTHING. On account of your religion is just wrong because if you really thought about it god was created to make people happier and less scared so by using him to terrify other people to follow your ideals of society means your the one commuting the sin by spreading hate instead of love. Some of my best friends are gay/lesbians and they are nicer to be around than a lot of straight people. It is not the lifestyle for me but I don't slam them and they are happier than a lot of straight couples. Those without sin should cast the first stone. The way I see it is God made us all, God loves us all and it is not anyone's place to judge someone's lifestyle.
