I've heard it's hard to get full custody. Anyone know who is the best attorney when it comes to this matter?

Jeff Alford. Great family man and actually cares about the people, not just the paycheck.

I'd rather give my money to a homeless person than Tiffany she is absolutly awful!! Fills your head of promises that she can't keep!!!

John Reed... By far best family attorney in town!!! I would never use anyone else. In fact he's so good a few years ago Tiffany used him herself lol she's a totally crazy person that I would be emberised to represent me! Reed is a great guy and been doing this for many many years great staff!

Jeff was my attorney against Tiffany and I got sole custody. My ex still was awarded visitation but has no say in anything regarding decisions for our child. I was not happy about non supervised visits but at least I don't have to worry about his input on anything as far as school or medical. I don't have to tell him anything. Jeff is not as cut throat but he does get the point across. The family judge is not the best, sometimes the best attorney can't go up against stupid!!!!!

I've used Jeff Alford and John Reed. Both do a good job, but when it all boils down to ONE person's decision (the shitty judges that are out there)...it doesn't really matter WHO you hire to represent you. Usually it depends on the judge's mood, how the judge feels and thinks about each individual parent, and sometimes it depends on who spends the most money on "the courtroom showdown". I, having been through 2 custody battles, visitation issues, child support discrepancies, and even a "simple" modification of parental time, feel that these issues need to be judged by a non-biased jury. Otherwise, you're at the mercy of ONE person who can COMPLETELY control your parenthood and basically yours and your children's LIVES!! Trust me...all you can do in this town is hold your breath and PRAY!!!

Tiffany Poindexter is the Best in town for divorce and child custody issues and child support and maintenance payments! She knows the law and is not afraid to fight it out in the court room!

She has represented me, and I would gladly keep her on retainer! Great attorney!

Without debating the uselessness or greatness of any the attorneys. What does it matter when there is a court that has little to no respect for the law?

Poindexter is a quiter, as well as bard brian, jeremy smith, carrol hubbard. If its the court house that has done wrong you can't get an attorney around to do anything exept milk you dry while doing nothing....McCracken County Lawyers don't seem to know of any other court..i.e. appeals and federal court....

John Reed used to be the best in town. He is just coasting and collecting fees now. He will not be a strong advocate for you. Trust me, I learned this the hard way.
