I believe it is 620-630 and that has to be your middle score but other factors are taken in consideration as well.

If your credit score is below 620 most banks would not consider a home loan, the higher the score the better. Of course, if you make payments on time, and aren't late on any payments all these things are taken into consideration.

You may qualify for an FHA loan if your credit score is at least 600 and meet income requirements.
