Number one-son can't be charged as a juvenile unless he had prior felonies making it easier for him to be certified as an adult. That is in the KRS.
Number two- it is your responsibility to get papers from the courts and from a probation worker. It is not the courts responsibility to make sure that you get those.
Number three- every court is different in Ky. but if you don't think they are right; file a complaint with the Ethics Committee.

He was assigned as the new judge on a case tgats very serious. Up until now nothing has been done for eather sides victim or perpertrator until he stepped in. He spoke to me directly said to call him anytime i had a question. I have never felt so at ease and like something was finally gonna be done. So far i think hes wonderful n i have hope that he will b sure the perpertrator gets the help he so desperately needs. He seems to actually care about everything. Which is exactly what neededbto happen being as its a juvenille case and it tricky anyway.

Think you meant to say the juvenile would have had to have prior felonies as a juvenile to be charged as an adult.
I agree with you one hundred percent there is alot more to this than is bring written. Some parents think their children do no wrong even when it's stsring them in the face I know I'm a parent, don't like to admit my children aren't perfect.

Agreed....he's one of those small guys that has to compensate by overexerting any authority placed in him.....he has no business wearing the robe, anyways, as he's not very smart and has had multiple contacts by the Judicial Conduct Committee, for his schenanigans.......

Word is he couldn't keep his pants on at Rolling Hills Country Club leading to his divorce this last year. Looks like his political days are dwindling. He had a good wife who is now an ex-wife. This was the driving force in his getting elected in the first place. Will be refreshing to get a new face in Court System who does not have the personal baggage.

Worthless example of a person. What kind of "message are you conveying" by adultery to everyone - especially your kids. And you expect people before you to respect you. If you had any character at all, you would resign. True piece of excrement.

Wow, you must be some perfect specimen. What business is it of yours that someone has an affair? Right or wrong, if its not happening in your house, you probably should use you obvious perfection in more useful ways. Helping at a soup kitchen or homeless shelter. THAT'S what perfect people like yourself usually do..
What message are you conveying to your friends and family to spew such judgement against others?
I don't usually respond to these posts but you are a piece of work..

Just hard to justify him sending poor fellow to jail for wearing an offensive t-shirt to Court to "convey a message" when same was only to promote his own political agenda. Judge not lest ye be judged. How can this person expect to enforce man's law when he openly disregards God's most basic laws. In several other countries, he would be removed for such abhorrent conduct. The voters will speak next election. Rumor is local lawyers are openly recruiting someone from larger law firm to put him out of office. You can stick a fork in him - his political ambitions are done.

Wearing indecent clothing to court is disrespectful to the court and the whole judicial system. Sounds like he does a great job enforcing mans law. His marriage "offense" is not "judged" in criminal court. His wife kinda has that job I believe. The voters can decide indeed, but I would bet you aren't as pure as you preach, no one is. And it's certainly not your place to come on a website and speak for God, isn't that his job, Mr. Perfect?
Oh, and this isn't some countries, this is the USA. We have freedoms here even if you don't agree with them..

I would love for the person calling Chris a drunk to please give me your definition of "drunk". My definition of the word "drunk" is a person whom consumes alchol every single day. Now if that is also your definition of the word "drunk" then clearly you do not know the Judge at all. Plus if a video camera was to follow you around 24 hours a day every day for 365 days, what would we then "label you"?
This one is very true and I've been in trouble a few times and had Hollowell for a judge and he has always been as respectful as he should. He has a job that automatically has people against him from the time they hear his title. Who cares what he does in his spare time after dealing with the day he has everyday I would have a drink as well prolly a few stop judging people so desperately he is hard working and honest so he is ok in my book!!! Two thumbs up Hollowell as long as u got haters you must be doin your job. As for the father who thinks his son was punished for no reason just know we understand u feel he did nothing but if that was the case he prolly wouldn't be in court. I have three children and I know they are not innocent but I can teach them the best I can. Thats all we can do as parents. Everyone reading just look in the mirror I bet you won't see a perfect picture so remember that when you judge the one beside you!!!

Hollowell is fair and he ACTUALLY LISTENS. If u have ur mess taken care of and have done what you are supposed to he has no problem. He speaks to the idiots with no job and those who have made no payments or efforts with the same attitude in which they obviously live their jacked up lives. Kitchen has had evidenced presented before him an ruled on how he FELT about the incident NOT the mislabeled, contradicting evidence and hearsay. Kitchen is not fair based on arguments of the law. Once u argue the law it's about evidence not opinions of right or wrong.

You are 100% wrong. Kitchens is very fair and shows compassion from the bench. Judge Hollodrunk tries to prosecute from the bench. I wish he would have commited suicide instead of his brother.
