I have tried to call them on my two days off and am thinking about just going over there so I need to know what to expect from the signing process of getting a place there from someone who has recently done it? I'm from out of town and coming to Paducah and would like to get it all done in one day. What is their rent? Deposit? What do they require to lease there??? Background check/credit check? Thanks so much! I'd like to be prepared before I get there so I can do this all in one trip.

I had a 2 bedroom apartment there & looved it! They have new appliances - fridge, stove nd 2bedroom apts also have dishwasher as well as washer dryer in the bathroom. Ceramic tile in the dinong, kitchen and bathrooms and berber carpet everywhere else. Id try and get a top floor apt bc the ppl walking around does get irritating qyick. They do back ground checks and credit checks. We got a deal on ours. Our deposit was only $300. But you also have to pay a $150 deposit to paduch power. The one bedrooms are $465 and 2 bedrooms are $565 and worth the extra hundred you pay! They do have a bad tendency of not answering the phone and noo.e being in the office and the and lords changed a few times while I lived there...but I only had one small problem with my dryer and they came by and fixed it while I was at work!! Overall a great experience from them!! Good luck!!:):)

I had a friend that use to live there like a year ago. It was pretty nice. She had a 2 bedroom. They did have a pool, not sure if it is still open or not.

Before renting this place I would like you to consider all the drugs, fights and shootings that happen around there. Yes it is only $300 to move in but this place is not a good place to live. Yes the apartments are very nice, but definitely not worth $600 + per month. The current landlord is a bad drug user and a bitch, I say current because I had 4 different ones the 1 1/2 years I lived there. There was 2 shootings in front of the building I was living in. Most of the tenants are nice and friendly. There's a couple of weirdos that walk around at night. They do have pools which was a plus, but they hardly ever clean them out. Consider all options and look around before committing to this place!!

we moved out two months ago and are still waiting on our deposit check back, they NEVER fixed anything, the person above us had black mold in her walls and they wouldn't even consider negociating the lease, she had to live there in the construction, and exposed black mold with her two year old, they look nice, but if something goes wrong don't expect them to be right over to fix it, it took them 3 months to fix a leak in the dish washer and all it needed was a new nut. they are corporate but that doesn't mean they care about their tenants. I wouldn't go back there if they paid me.

I recently stopped there, got an application. 35 fee nonrefundable they do credit and background check. Deposit is any where from 150-600. I loved the apt, I'm getting one.

I knew a girl that lived there and her apartment flooded and everything was ruined and her wall fell in from the water damage and never was reimbursed for anything and they demanded the rent still be paid. The electric bills there are very high as well.

They also ask way to much for rent especially for that area and all that goes on there.

I would stay away. I rented there and broke the lease. I had a ground apt. and the girl above me would clog her shitt3r. It leaked through my ceiling. They had to cut holes in the ceiling to replace the sheet rock, but the maintenance guy was a drunk and never fixed it. The windows didn't close properly and it was filthy when I moved in. The manager reported me to the credit bureau. Luckily, I took pictures before I left. After going through Experian to resolve it, I had no luck. I'll be going to small claims court next. It's a dump. Record your conversations and take pictures when you move in and anything that goes wrong after.
