What is a good phone card?

I need to purchase a calling card and have never bought one before. Calls will be within USA only, between states. Calls will be made from a landline to a cell phone. Need at least 60 minutes talk time on the card. Does not matter if card expires within a few months, as it will only be needed for a few days. I don't know much about these cards. Have only read enough to know that the above info may be important in asking which ones are best. I know some have higher connection fees or other charges. But trying to read the info on the card is confusing. What are some good ones I should look for and if you can tell me where they are sold that would be a plus. Thank you!

No calling card is good your better off purchasing a cheap straight talk phone and paying 45 a month to refill your minutes... Unlimited calls, texts, and Internet will run you 90 max for the first month then 45 a month there after.. Best route to go because u will eat your minutes up super fast and spend way more money on calling cards.. That is unless its a calling card for someone in jail then well the straight talk phone is out of the question
