Your work goes really well today and you'll enjoy feeling that you're in control of what you're doing. At some point you could have an interesting conversation with a bird or client, especially if it brings you closer together. It's also a good day for discussing a bird matter to someone who knows what they're talking about.

Here is a little song for yall I just moved in my new house today Movin was hot but I got squared away When bells started ringin and chains rattled loud I knew I'd moved in a haunted house Still I made up in my mind to stay Nothin was a gonna drive me away When I seen somethin that gave me the creep Had a one big eye and two big feet I stood right still and I did the freeze A thing came strollin up to me Made a noise with his feet like a drum Sayin gon be here when the mornin comes Say yes I'll be here when the mornin comes I'll be right here and I ain't gonna run I bought this house now you know I'm boss Ain't no haint gonna run me off In the kitchen my stove was a blazin hot The coffee was a boilin in the pot The grease had melted in my pan I had a hunk of meet in my hand From out of space there sat a man On a hot stove was the pots and pans Say that's hot I began to shout He drank a hot coffee from the spout He ate the raw meat right from my hand Drank the hot grease from the fryin pan He said to me well you better run And don't be here when the mornin comes Say yes I'll be here when the mornin comes I'll be right here and I ain't gonna run I bought this house now you know I'm boss Ain't no haint gonna run me off My dad sang this to me when I was little.. The Gullah (slave descendants) peoples in the area in and around Savannah, The Outter Banks, and Charleston South Carolina paint their roofs red because "aint no haint gonna cross over blood". They get double protection by painting their doors blue because "aint no haint gonna cross over water" and if their sleep is bothered by "spirits" they lay a broom in front of their bedroom door because "the haint has to count every broom thistle before it can come into a room". There is a generally rivalry between Savannah Georgia and New Orleans as to which city is the most haunted.

I don't copy-paste for the benefit of others' opinions either postive or negative and I do enjoy reading some of that material.
My reasons are because I am operating on a 12 year old desk top that I built myself and copy-paste creates temporary internet files that should be diligently deleted. But even when that is done, it will fragment your data and slow down your machine requiring you to run a "defrag" to organize like data into closer locations eliminating the need for the disk head to run around getting data from several different places.
It would be similar to having your fencing in the barn, and your nails in the trunk of your car, and your hammer down in the basement and you spend more time gathering your tools than you do in repairing the fence.

Good moring, AW. Coffee is hot, the sun is about to come up and I'm awake. (Albeitm barely). Had a strange and reoccurring dream again last night. It's always the same woman in these dreams. An older lady, a bit plump, maybe in her mid 60's, and obviously a "country" lady, wearing what appears to be a homemade blue flowered cotton dress, belted at the gathered waist which was so normal for the times 40 years or so ago. Gray hair, up in a neat bun on her head, and a small child holding her hand that I can never see clearly. The child never speaks. Always just looks at me, but the face is always blurry on the child. She's always trying to tell me a story that she never finishes before I wake up. (Odd, huh? I'm still scratching my head this morning though, because something WAS different about this dream for once)... This time I was in someones home that I didn't recognize. Actually was laying in a bed, apparently spending the night there... She frightened me this time with what she was talking about, so I got up in my dream and tried to turn on the light, but there was no power and the lights didn't work.... She was trying to tell me something about the Midwest.. Scared me awake and I STILL don't know what she was or is trying to tell me. Guess I'm loosing what marbles I have left, huh?? I don't like waking up with unsettled feelings.. Don't like it at all.

@Nope.. Most often when I dream about children or young people, the young child or person is me. Perhaps a message or memory from your past that is just not coming through yet. Possibly, if it is reoccuring you should try to eliminate the "scaring awake" and be more receptive. I gathered lumber all night and worked on building projects without smashing my thumb. LOL

Oddly, this child seems to be a little boy.. I don't know HOW I know this, but it's just what the dream leads me to think. The dreams aren't usually dreams of fear, but last night I'm about certain that I broke out in a sweat.. It wasn't the norm, that's for sure. Oh well. Next time I'll try my best to focus, if that's possible with dreams.... By the way, good for you with the non-thumb smashing thing, LOL. I have a tree that needs trimmed back. I seriously doubt that I'll get it done without some kind of "ouch" happening. Funny you brought that up, as I was just staring out the window at that danged thing, hehe...

Nice to know , I never knew the meaning of the song when I was smaller , but then as I got older it dawned on me. No fear I guess came my way.

My now deceased wife was rather plump and had a very unique flat-footed walk that I heard periodically after she passed away. At first it was somewhat scary, but I somehow convinced myself to be still, listen, and wait and when I did, she came to me with a very pleasant surprise and now she no longer walks in my dreams. I was very much a skeptic on spirits or ghosts prior to that, but I do now believe that the spirits are remaining auras or brainwaves or mental patterns that need to be addressed and our dreams are nothing more than those brain activities that are not impeded by our waking thoughts and activities.

I agree that spirits exist. I've had too many experiences in my own life to deny it. It started when I was very young.. Well, I'm going to go out and start on that danged tree. Chat with you all later. _-_Nope_-_ *Poof*

_-_Nope_-_ wrote: <quoted text> Hemp, that trip sounds amazing! Specially during the time period that you took it. I was living in Florida back them myself. The times surely were different. Bikers WERE TRUE BIKERS back then. None of this fair weather rider crap. And none of the "biker only on Saturday nights" thing either. You road daily, rain or shine. Us old dinosaurs are a dying breed, but those of us who are fortunate enough, LIVED to tell the tales about how it used to be. And we lived life to it's fullest. I believe we still do, even though our stamina may not as endless as it once was.... If I could go back in time and do it all over, I'd go back and not change much of anything. (Not even those unavoidably stressful "club" days, LOL!! The bike was gifted to me by the mother of owner, as he'd went to jail for a long time for drugs and wanted me to have his bike. But at 16 on my own Shovelhead, I thought I was the man heading to school on her. That was back in the no windscreen days too, so we felt the wind on the long rides.
