What other businesses did this guy own? There was some guy from North Carolina that was running around town buying businesses and then running out on vendors, employees, etc. I am wondering if this is the same guy. He opened the Jackson House Grocery and a sandwich shop over on Park Avenue and a couple of other things I think. Oh if you want a really good sub sandwich go to Penn Station. There sandwiches are great, quality food, and especially clean.

FYI. David Duncan is currently residing in the McCracken County Kentucky Jail. He was extradited from North Carolina on a felony cold checking charge for a cold check he wrote to his landlord. He has been in MC Jail since early January, entered a guilty plea deal, and was sentenced to 18 months of incarceration plus restitution. He now has felony added to his name. He has already served 6 months, so is due out probably in January, 2015 unless he gets a pardon. His wife was also arrested in North Carolina and extradited back to Kentucky for cold checking. Don't know what her status is, but hopefully some serious jail time.

David Duncan did get a small percentage of what he was due. He served 10 months in the McCracken County Jail for felony cold checking and was released on October 31, 2014. His wife, Kay was also charged with cold checking, but got away with only a suspended sentence. They may have gone back to North Carolina. Does anyone Know?
