Margaret Mande was a caring, considerate person and certainly didn't deserve this senseless way to die. God Bless her, daughter, grandchildren, husband and Wheeler family (all).

We never know why God takes people, our love ones. We don't understand why some people die in their sleep at 85 and some are killed by an accident so young.
I'm sure the person driving the SUV didn't mean for this to happen and I'm sure she is feeling very guilty for it.
My thoughts and prayers go out to all the families involved in this tragic accident.

I don't care how guilty or bad she feels. Everyone should be held accountable for their actions - regardless.
You don't run someone over in a parking lot, say "Sorry" and continue on your merry way.
Justice is needed.
