Don't EVER voluntarily talk to the cops. They will invite you in for an interview, not mirandize you, even though they knew they would not let you leave, and then take you into custody after the "interview" is over. This practice is blessed by the judges, and apparently a common practice. They hide behind the "not in custody" when the interview was conducted story, but then won't let you leave. Your rights for remaining silent and requesting an attorney are conveniently put by the wayside.

What did they arrest you for?
