Yes, we wouldn't want to impeded his quality of life after he murdered someone. Thge guy is guilty and he is working the system for the best deal. We have to pay for the charades until a solution is in place.
How about giving a gun to one of the victims relatives and solving it for under ten dollars...?

I knew both Jim and Tony. Jim was always trying to help Tony, who had problems with drugs. Was always forgiving him when he stoled stuff from him (car, money, and equipment). Jim is a kind and caring man and would have never hurt Tony, he loved him, he tried to save him. I think that he should be home with his family and friends. He has already got a life sentence, he has to live with what he has done. No one knows what they would have done if they were in his position.
