So why didn't Catsavis attend the retreat? There wasn't anything going on at Kay Rogers Park this weekend that would have prevented it.

a mini vacation at an expensive resort at taxpayer expense! "Retreat my Ass" is a great description of another excuse to hire a crony gosack speaker and pay big taxpayer money for a kiss on the cheek! wonder if gosack got a small kickback from the highly paid speaker?
my guess is

The sad part about this is we the working citizens of fort smith can't afford a retreat because we're dishing it out in city taxes so we can pay for the blood sucking vampires week end retreats. We pay the FSP to play around in their squad car back seats with some ho they are taking on a ride a long on company time. Or they go to football games in uniform on company time and pay roll and let's not forget the radio dispatcher's getting special attention also. Also the city of fort smith has a big civil law suit against the city of fort smith and the board of director's and against one of their former police officer. Be nice to see some justis done. They must have really done something bad for all that to be taking place. Its about time that someone come in and clean up fort smith it is being ran by a bunch of blood sucking pirates.
is this true

I was told the comment came from city director andre good and it related to board criticism of mr baridi the sanitation czar so it looks like good ole boy andre has fired the first shot of war at the other directors and ray gosack. let the games begin!

it was only a matter of time before all the city stooges would turn on each other like a pack of wild dogs! it certainly appears that they all have their own personal agenda and don't give a tinkers dam about the people or the progress of fort smith. it was reported on this web-site that fort smith has lost over 16,000 jobs and now our city leaders have started a war among themselves rather than addressing the real problems of the people that voted for them! is it any wonder that our city government have become the laughing stock of arkansas and NW arkansas is growing at over 30%. just another turf was about who gets the free stuff!

no self respecting pirate would have anything to do with this present crew of city leaders at city hall. agree that the people of fort smith need to make a change in their city government because old long john and his crew would be a big improvement in steering the ship!

a pirate who admits to being what he is is far better than a bunch of city leaders who claim to represent the people but are really in the game to pad their own wallets!
BOD retreat

it would be nice if the entire BOD would retreat back to wherever they came from! maybe outer space? maybe the gosack closet? maybe the sanders contaminated land near whirpool? maybe the sanitation landfill? maybe the dogpond?
