More 10 year olds and others need a taser since the parents seem to teach them that they deserve it all and on their terms instead of administering fair discipline starting when very young.

C'mon folks, a 10 year old? If a cop can't control a 10 year old girl, he shouldn't be a cop.
I would agree with Tasing the parents though.

Or, he could have been a real cop and simply cuffed her. Electrocuting people is torture. last time I checked, Michael Vick got 24 months in federal prison for electrocuting dogs. I say let the parents and the cop share a jail cell.
Please Inform

Seriously folks, spend just ONE MONTH in a classroom; even an elementary classroom. Your eyes would be opened. Absolutely NO support from parents (parent....).
Michael Vick, please inform me on HOW TO ELECTROCUTE anything. I would love to put "Let Them Blow" out of his misery.

very brief tase indeed, he should have laid it on for a min or two.
come on people, a 10 yo can be a handful, trying to grab one to cuff, that is kicking and screaming, im sure would have caused some injury to the kid.(no kidding) this would have turned into a suit. the kid obviously knew what was going on, hence the temper tantrum. i agree with the mom, tase em, tase em all...next time she will eat her veggies....lol

Id rather watch them sic the k-9s on people but it would be bad for the dog trying to get the taste out of it's mouth later.
