the whole stimulus program is a colossal waste of money. borrowed money.unemployment continues to rise. and the stimulus program, contrary to obama's promises, has done nothing to stop it. no doubt obama and the democrats will soon demand even more money be borrowed and spent on another "stimulus"..

Grants again? Sounds like politicians PET PROJECTS are in line for some $$. SPEND SOME MONEY AND BUY SOME VOTES. VOTE ALL INCUMBENTS OUT OF OFFICE.
