A Connecticut man accused of beating his infant son is asking a judge to dismiss the charges, saying his wife confessed in a letter she wrote before she killed herself.

Dont ever let him see his son. His son was in these "parents" hands for 3 months and neither protected him. He should never get out of prison!! It figures they let him out on robbery charges. Dont let him near the boy..he has no rights to even call him his father
