What is wrong with this mother? this child was'nt old enough to give this dog permission to have sex. some of these people should never have children. This is called justice? Not in my book. They should take this chil & put her into a more stable home. somebody that will look after her, more than the mother did.

12 that's just sick if she was at least 17 I could somewhat see his side of the story but at 12 that's a little kid still.
