6:50 p.m. An Oxford Township resident advised that a child was bitten by her mother.
9:52 a.m. A scattering rubbish was reported in the 200 block of Oliver Street where limbs and brush were dumped on property.
11 p.m. A suspicious male reported in a construction dumpster on Boulder Drive checked out OK.

Anyone else find these incidents a little strange? How can a person in a dumpster 'check out ok'...a child bitten by her mother ??!!... and limbs and brush dumped on a property? Good Lord!

Tater you forgot some:

4:20 a.m. Theft of a GPS unit from a vehicle was reported on Cheetah Drive.

7:30 a.m. Theft of a camera and wallet from a vehicle was reported on Butternut Lane.

8 a.m. Theft of a GPS unit and checkbook from a vehicle was reported on Cheetah Drive.

11:29 a.m. Theft of a small amount of cash from a vehicle was reported Butternut Lane.

Cops should have just camped out at these places!

6:42 p.m. Police responded to Mill Alley for a report of a 6-year-old girl climbing up a 40-foot pine tree. She climbed down by herself before police arrived.

Isn't this a job for the fire department? Or was she trespassing?

I love this town where else do cars either get broken into for change, or rummaged for nothing!

I think most of these were done by teenagers who have nothing else better to do. Parents shouldn't let there kids wonder around town looking for something to do.

If you listen to a scanner, none of this is out of the ordinary. I also think those kind of small crimes happen everywhere. They just print them in the paper here, which I love.
