Ummm just a little FYI, the story states that he was released to his girl friend, Therefore he did not go to jail and I'm sure he wont. The law in Ohio is a first time offender gets 3 days in jail or an alcohol program, and seeing that he is an 18 year old college student i highly doubt they would send him to a state prison with the murderers and rapists of America.

Wow, that guy had a GIRLFRIEND? That's the most amazing part of that article then! I did not see page #2 of the incident report - man, now I want to know what his GIRLFRIEND was wearing at the party - maybe a human PREGNANCY TEST costume?
