Hurricane Gloria devasted East Haven, the high ridge area did not get power back for 8 days. We didn't lose our minds nor were we offered any kind of help, aid or relief.
It never crossed any of our minds we even needed help, WE HELPED OURSELVES!
Building homes back that keep getting destroyed on the shoreline is stupid! It ends up costing us all!
