Man busted after high-speed chase

With 6 (SIX) previous DUI's already under his belt....My only question is how in the hell is why is this guy NOT serving time somewhere instead of being out on the road driving a "loaded" weapon that can will kill and maim innocent people on the roads??????

I guess after he gets off with a slap on the wrist for this arrest he will have 7 DUI's the next time he is caught DUI. What a joke.

gotta love teh Judicial system here, a marijuana smoker would have gotten one year in prison and would be nowhere as near as dangerous or intoxicated as this turd. not saying it's any better, but the judicial system is askewd here.
