It isn't really an issue. The Supreme Court has already determined that filters do not impede 1st Amendment rights. Porn has already been defined as something there is no Constitutional right to in public. Only in Owosso is this a big debate because there are many... shall we say... undereducated... who seem to think this is a rights concern.
