Oh, and don't be messin with Kurt, there's a reason he's a legend, one of the best song writers in history, remember before him everything sounded like guns and roses and bon jovi... He also is a true legend...... To bad he was a straight up addict......

Hendrix was one of the best and did make every guitar player after him better! He's like the M Jordan of the guitar. Without him music wouldn't be what it was. Also He was Musician of the year in 67, 68, and 69! What the hell are all these people talking about when they say he was sloppy? Maybe when he was f***ked up at some live shows. Just listen to his studio work especially his last three albums (Electric Ladyland, Band of Gypsys, and New Rays of the Sun). May I add he played bass lines, rythem, and lead at the same time, damn. You hear people like Eric Clapton, Paul McCartney, Stevie Ray Vaughn and Eddie Van Halen say he was the best and a major influence on the guitar. A genius and died to young. He had Four years in the lime light and put out four Albums (Unheard of in todays music) and is still mentioned or played on any rock station you listen to. A F'N LEGEND!!!!!!

Really now? How much experience does he have? i personally never heard Bill Lucas but Rob is pretty damn good on that bass guitar. He has a lot of years experience behind him, he was playing when I knew him in high school almost 20 years ago, could play that Metallica bass solo all the way through plus he's done country and rock and still gets calls to play in bands from what I hear.

Bill Lucas has been playing bass for about 3-4 years. I know that's not a long time, but for someone who's never had any lessons and plays by ear, he's pretty damn good.

Hendrix is from Seattle, he went to England to start a band in 1966, he was born and bread in the U.S.A., and was in the ARMY and stationed in Kentucky. But Jason Smathers and Jesse C are the best in Bath Co!

Jesse Carmichael and Big Steven Jones made a few songs together before Steven made that band with his cousin and sum guys in Mt. Sterling, drawing a blank on the bands name right now. Jesse Carmichael is with out a doubt the most talanted "under rated" guitar player in they county let along the state of Kentucky. Jesse if ya out there some where I hope your still playing and for God's sake put down the alcohol, that shit is the devil...lol

I still say Rob K is better plus he never took lessons and he's a good guy, always been a really good friend of mine.
