Call it what ever you want, but explain why Obama Care needs a 15 person panel to review and decide whether or not you get the medical treatment your Doctor thinks you need.{while you to wait of course }
If you are 65 or older and your treatment is going to be expensive, and these "non doctors" get to decide "no" for you, isn't that a death sentence?
Before he was elected,I heard Obama say, "It's better to give them a "pain pill".
He'll protect illegals that commit all kinds of crimes , but give a death sentence to senior citizens.
Is that what you want to hear about your mother or father, or other loved one, or even your self?
Obama is a mad man, that will not stop at killing seniors, it will children to, if it cost the government to much. Make no mistake about , the money they take from us will be "their money",and they won't part with it easily.
The IPAB[Independent Payment Advisory Board] is a 15-member board made up of doctors, medical professionals, economists, and health-care management experts as well as representatives for consumers and seniors that are tasked with finding ways to reduce the growth of Medicare spending. The law explicitly states the IPAB's proposals " shall not include any recommendation to ration health-care, raise revenues or Medicare premiums, increase Medicare beneficiary costsharing[including deductibles, coinsurance and copayments] or otherwise restrict benefits or modify eligibility criteria". That's straight from the new health care law. I don't see where it condemns anyone to death, hard as I might look. It sounds as if you've been mis-informed, or are just very gullible. I hope this helps you better understand whats going on. Have a great day!

When Obama was campaigning in 08, A woman he was talking with ask him specifically about what care her mother would get,who was a senior citizen and if she needed extra care for cancer treatment { I don't remember the words verbatim" } but his words back to her was "it may be better to just give her a pain pill and make her comfortable." Sounds like he would let her die. "I SAW AND HEARD HIM SAY THIS" so I'm not being misled.
I have a feeling too, that this PANEL will check to see if you are a Registered Democrat, and that will determine what medical care you receive.

You ready to bail GM out again Frankie???
So giddy about car sales is GM that CEO Dan Akerson said last month that his company would be helped by a dramatic gasoline tax increase, forcing U.S. consumers to buy GM's small cars in greater number. Never mind that a gas tax increase in a sluggish economy with high unemployment and low wage increases would seriously harm the very consumers GM sells to.
But as GM has been talking about cars, it's truck sales have been flat. The company's response is apparently to do business as it did before -- before bankruptcy. Known over the years for pushing vehicles upon dealers when demand wasn't there and into fleet sales when the profits weren't there, GM is apparently repeating its history of late by pushing trucks onto dealer lots that consumers aren't ready for.

********

I wouldn't put it past them to check to see if you are a registered Dem. either.

Here's more from the judge.........

At age 76 when you most need it, you are not eligible for cancer treatment.

see page 272

Obama Care Highlighted by Page Number
THE CARE BILL HB 3200

JUDGE KITHIL IS THE 2ND OFFICIAL WHO HAS OUTLINED THESE PARTS OF THE CARE BILL.

Judge Kithil of Marble Falls, TX - highlighted the most egregious pages of HB3200

Please read this... especially the reference to pages 58 & 59

JUDGE KITHIL wrote:

**
Page 50/section 152: The bill will provide insurance to all non-U.S. residents, even if they are here illegally.

**
Page 58 and 59: The government will have real-time access to an individual's bank account and will have the authority to make electronic fund transfers from those accounts.

**
Page 65/section 164: The plan will be subsidized (by the government) for all union members, union retirees and for community organizations (such as the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now - ACORN).

**
Page 203/line 14-15: The tax imposed under this section will not be treated as a tax.(How could anybody in their right mind come up with that?)

**
Page 241 and 253: Doctors will all be paid the same regardless of specialty, and the government will set all doctors' fees.

**
Page 272. section 1145: Cancer hospitals will ration care according to the patient's age.

**
Page 317 and 321: The government will impose a prohibition on hospital expansion; however, communities may petition for an
exception.

**
Page 425, line 4-12: The government mandates advance-care planning consultations. Those on Social Security will be
required to attend an "end-of-life planning" seminar every five years.(Death counseling..)

**
Page 429, line 13-25: The government will specify
which doctors can write an end-of-life order.

HAD ENOUGH????

Judge Kithil then goes on to identify:

"Finally, it is specifically stated that this bill will not apply tomembers of Congress.
Members of Congress are already exempt from the Social Security system, and have a well-funded private plan that covers their retirement needs.

If they were on our Social Security plan, I believe they would find a very quick 'fix' to make the plan financially sound for their future."-

Honorable David Kithil of Marble Falls , Texas

All of the above should give you the ammo you need to support your opposition to Obamacare!

Sorry old timer it is you who should learn a thing or tow what are saying is nothing more than myth! Your stated view of American history is completely contrary to known facts. The primary leaders of the so-called founding fathers of our nation were not Bible-believing Christians; they were deists. Deism was a philosophical belief that was widely accepted by the colonial intelligentsia at the time of the American Revolution. Its major tenets included belief in human reason as a reliable means of solving social and political problems and belief in a supreme deity who created the universe to operate solely by natural laws. The supreme God of the Deists removed himself entirely from the universe after creating it. They believed that he assumed no control over it, exerted no influence on natural phenomena, and gave no supernatural revelation to man. A necessary consequence of these beliefs was a rejection of many doctrines central to the Christian religion. Deists did not believe in the virgin birth, divinity, or resurrection of Jesus, the efficacy of prayer, the miracles of the Bible, or even the divine inspiration of the Bible.
Sorry Frank,if you had read my post instead of jumping to reply, you would have noticed nothing was said about the founding fathers being bible tote rs.It was acknowledged they were not Christians, some were probably, but many were not.My post simply said the papers were based on Christian principals. That still stands. You and WTF may not like it,but that is what civics was taught.Your ideology refuses to acknowledge all of this,of course.

Because they had come from Countries that had a preferred Church, and a Preferred religion, and all were forced to be of that belief, many left the Country to get out of this.Don`t you think that is why the content also spoke against any religion being a State chosen,or Federal,or Gov`t chosen religion? That is why they insisted on freedom of and from religion? There again is where your ideology and mine seperate. There is nothing in the Constitution that says"seperation of State and Religion" as is supposed to be the interpretation of today.

There has now been a lawsuit filed against all this Decree of Obama`s.The suit says Obama went around the Congress, the ones that would have the authority to give any form of amnesty,or to alter the immigration laws. Now we will have all this done before the suit gets in ct.
