i think that most employers will respect employees more if they would stop all of the complaining that they do while working... everytime that you go into a store all you hear is complaining by the workers about something that they have to do..so learn to respect your employers and they will in return respect you...

I agree I hate going into a store and all the employees are standing there talking about their boss or their schedule or the company.

Everyone has complaints about there job just don't do it when the customers are around its rude and If they hate their job so bad leave! There are plenty of people looking for work right now that would gladly take there check.
