Sheriff, what's the deal?

I see in the paper that all of this marijuana has been confiscated and destroyed. But NO ONE has been arrested, how could that be? Who wants to bet that a month from now, NO ONE will have been arrested. I wonder lack of ability/training or just down right crocked? One of these reasons is why we have such a bad drug problem, it makes me sick!

Please explain the law to me, bc the military can not charge ky criminal law but yet the Sheriff can. So please explain so I can show you how dumb you really are.

They have to gather evidence. What if u owned a big farm n KSP came knocking on your door saying they found 100's of plants in the middle of it? They cut as soon as they find it but continue to investigate. People plant on others (bigger the better) exspecially the elderly

That is true neighbor, most growers grow it on someone elses property so that they can not be tied to it. And even if it is on their own property the law has to prove that it is theirs, ie: seeing them actively tending the crop or bringing it out. They cannot just go and charge whoever owns the property. Instead of complaining and bashing the law enforcement officers, why not just be glad that they are actually out there trying to get the stuff off the streets! Some people you just cant satisfy I guess and are not happy unless they are bashing someone. I say go out and get it all off the street and out of the county, not just marijuana, but meth,heroin and pills too!
