I DONT LIVE IN OWENSVILLE,AND I WAS LOOKING AT A HOME TO BUY THERE,HOWEVER AFTER FURTHER CHECKING OUT AS TO WHAT KIND OF TOWN I WOULD BE LIVING IN, HELL NO!!!! THEY ALLOW PEOPLE TO WORK AT AND WITH THE FIREDEPARTMENT THAT HAVE CLASS C FELONYS,WRONG!! THEY DONT DO CRIMINAL CHECKS ON THESE PEOPLE,WRONG!! THAT TOWN AND I,M NOT TALKING ABOUT THE CITIZENS WHO LIVE THERE,I,M TALKING ABOUT THE BOARD,THE MAYORS OFFICE, FOR YOU CITIZENS PLEASE FOR YOURE OWN GOOD TAKE THE TIME TO CHECK CASENET ON SOME OF THESE PEOPLE,THANK YOU, I DONT SAY WHAT PEOPLE WANT TO HEAR,BUT WHAT THEY NEED TO.

this is a reply for wondering; a class c felony is serious, you can look it up on your computer on casenet,or anything about law,i have studied criminal justice all of it.or u can go to the library there if they have one and look it up out of a law book dicionary, and to answer your question yes i do know this person.he is a volanteer at the firedepartment there. i feel sorry for the residents that live there,however criminal checks should be done on everyone that works with people,and they are supposed to be,but if one would have been done they would have found it,i do know that he is not allowed to have a gun or no access to any weapon.
