A four way flashing yellow light means four way crashes are illegal there. You should take that seriously because that kind of crash can get you in trouble.

Also, if a car is in the right lane and turns on their left signal to get in the left lane you are not to speed up and block them!!! Owensboro drivers are the worst offenders of that.

He might b bullshittin u about that ticket cause the only roads that u cant stay in the left hand lane are parkways and some interstates were its indicated by signs. Its only a bypass hwy 60 and if im not mistaken you can drive in both lanes on 60

Whoever said people in the right lane are supposed to move over to the left lane so those that are coming on to the bypass is curteous but incorrect. people coming onto the bypass are supposed to get their speed up that they can merge into an open slot without people moving over or slowing down for them.
I agree people who drive in the left lane all the time are a menace to other drivers on the road.
