You DON'T want to go through a temp agency to get hired. They have contracts with the temp agency's that they can't hire one of their temps for 6 months-1 year after they are no longer employed by the agency. If you want full time apply directly.

that true. the changed to hiring thru a temp agency, just like several other places around here. only because basically they wanna weed out the losers and lazy azzes before they make u fulltime employee. If ur a good worker, they will hire u. AK steel started doin the same thing......and theyre hiring btw.

Because its such a cake job and you dont do much except stand around and press a button every once in a while and tell the Temps to do all the work. My great grandma could handle it and shes been dead 10 years. If you can handle the heat and standing around all day then you are qualified to work for Unilever. No one wants to lose that cake job or retire from something so easy especially when they are making 20+ an hour.

I never even applied at Unilever, it's not all about money, it's about loving your career. And its "too" not "to" idiot. And I scored almost perfect on the WorkKeys test so take that shit somewhere else.

That's not true at all... I work with plenty of people who got hired while try were still working as temps... I think it's a great place to work whether you are a temp or full time...
