Owensboro community college programs ? Housing , daycare......

There's a daycare there, not sure if it's income based, or through GRADD or what-my kids aren't that little. It's for 6wks to 4 years.

START center or the TRAC center on the 2nd floor of the library might be able to direct you to some resources, but I doubt there's any through the college itself, as all students commute.

You might also be able to post a notice on a bulletin board there seeking roommates to share the rent of a place with another parent going through the same issues.

I went to the Learning Villa and met with the director. She was so awesome and helpful. Not too long of a wait list I don't think, and the apartments are beautiful not too old. But if you are needing something right away you may want to call her soon! She is really friendly and tries to give you lots of information!

They can also help out with finding a part time job also if you're not working That can help get you housing a little quicker sometimes
