What is the big deal with palm readers? You think its like worshipping an idol? Its a god given talent. I have premonitions, they happen naturally I don't try to entice them with rituals or anything, does it make me a bad person because a few times I have told someone what I saw and saved theif lives? I have also on occasion been able to sense presences of those which have passed on. I think its a gift directly from God, and like any gift to can use it for good or bad. I think those who have it are actually more spiritually bound to god. I am a Christian, im not religious though, and I don't read the Bible really. Even the new testament was written 50 years after Christ's death by someone who was writing simply what he had heard and he was a murderer at that.

That woman is off her rocker she charged me 25.00 to tell me I had a shitty life growing up and some one used black magic and put a spell on me so I'd fail at everything I do( never have never will) and I needed to buy a candle she would order and it coated 350.00
I'm opening a pal reader shop so I can sell 350 candles too

lala,

You are a Christian but not religious and you don't read the bible nor follow Christian teachings of staying away from things like this? How is that working out for you?

By the way, my previous post was just witty, not intended to be taken seriously ( I thought this was obvious.)

I am a Christian because I believe in Christ. I to not believe in religions because who can say theirs is actually the way of God? The bible if not already hard enough to understand has been translated and rewritten numerous times, how do we really its correct? Or the fact that it wasn't even written by him, but by murderers, rapist, and men who had multiple wives all of which is condoned in the same book they just wrote. The fact that most religious people are against homosexuality when they haven't truly looked in the matter as far as it was an. "Abomination " because they were trying to procreate, that it is also an abomination to eat shellfish and to wear clothing of two different materials at the same time? They tend to forget about all the other abominations listed. I don't go to any churches around here(raised as a Baptist) because I am just not comfortable with their teachings, everyone understands the bible differently, who am I to say that one way is more right than another? I also feel that most churches are more like businesses rather than teaching God's word. I think I have more of a relationship with god now than I did before while attending church. I researched a lot of religions all throughout school and have used pieces from almost each to form a relationship with God. I believe that all in all you just need to be a good person, to take the time to help someone you don't know, to teach your children to have good morals, and to just be a happy positive person yourself. I use meditation to help center myself and allow me to release stress and live a healthier lifestyle mentally, emotionally, & spiritually.

Sister Roberts... Isn't she the one that goes all over town putting the yellow flyers under people's windshield wipers? I would prefer she not touch my vehicle or solicit her business on it.

I have never experienced a reading by this particular individual. I do, however, know the talent is real. I have been reading tarot card and palms for several years. I do not believe people with the talent should ever charge for their services. I believe it is a gift and should be given as a gift whenever employed.
As to being a Christian, perhaps it is evil for a Christian to consult tarot and palm readings because it can be seen as a lack of faith in God's Divine Plan, however, it is also first and foremost a Christian duty to not judge others lest ye be judged. That you disagree with our beliefs is fine. Do not use them. You do not have the right to judge others for their beliefs. If you are doing so, you are not a Christian.

There are other legitimate readers and mediums in town that don't charge as much and would never make you buy candles orvany of that other bullshit. I am one of these people. I have a very reasonable charge and I have helped many people. As for not charging, it is a business and it does take a lot of mediums to do a reading. A lot of our clients come with baggage that you take with you throughout the day. Like I said, there are legitimate mediums other than Sister Roberts and Lou. Ask around.

Daily Horoscope for June 18

Taurus

No matter what else you're supposed to be doing today, it's a good idea to devote a little time to making sure your finances are running smoothly. You might even want to pay some bills now, rather than wait a couple of days until they're due, simply so you can make sure that you don't forget them. There should be some good news about a pay rise or perk, too.
