I am sure there are flaws in the CPS system, however if you are unhappy with them call your legislator. CPS in Kentucky follows state mandated rules and procedures set forth by state government. Also maybe we could put some blame on these deadbeat or abusive parents. Too many are having kids, collecting a check, and neglecting the child's need.
It makes me sick when I see these small kids wearing clothes to small for them and nasty looking when the mother is all "decked" out

Kentucky is the hardest state to get children away from parents. If a child is in the system, you know they've been through hell.

Don't worry. For every child they leave in an unfit home, they remove one from a fit home. It all balances out.
You got that right. I know a boy that got out of the foster system at 18 and he had one little bag. He said he was molested in foster homes and his real mom lost him because they said she was to young to take care of him. Now him and his mom have a good relationship, but it has taken a toll on both you can tell.

And you know how I know, because I am that boy. I remember when I was little how my mom would sing to me and hug me and tell me how much she loved me. We were poor but never went hungry or with clothes and shoes. When I got into foster care no more hugs are I love u anymore just rules. And abuse. Sometimes I want to crawl in my moms arms and be that little boy again. But I am not the little innocent boy anymore and sometimes I don't even like me. I love you mom. Thanks for loving me. I know I give you a hard time sometimes. But always know it's not your fought. I am one of those children who should have got to stay with my mom. She is a great mom. And it makes me mad that ss took that from me at an age that I needed my mom. You can tell my mom is hurting after finding out what happen to me she aged right in front of my eyes. Your son always

CSS is a joke. They're intrusive and overstep their boundaries. Total nanny state tools making 30g a year with a throw away collage degree. If anything their parents failed them, lol.
dislike them

There a complete joke. They don't do shit for kids that are in danger but go after some just because they don't like the parents beliefs. Wtf

CPS would have had a field day with the lazy bitch mom and her wild acting kids at cheddars tonight. she was letting her kids beat the living crap out of each other. she obviously needs some parenting classes. I would hate to see how these kids live at home. shameful.

well i just had a case with cps that got closed thursday... and if my 2 cents counts my social worker was on my case 24\7 she would have never closed it if she thought my son was in danger... she did everything she had 2 do to make sure he was safe... so yeah it does depend on your worker.... because the lady i had wasnt no joke at all... she dont play...

Well I am serious. Not all cps workers help your case. Mine never visit me when I was in over 30 different foster placement. No one it seemed cared that I was abused in the system. Go look at the all the websites where kids have died in foster care. Abuse happens in ss care also. I know!!!

I'm not saying that they're not kids abused by their real parents. And they're kids that need to be placed. I wasn't one of them I'm one of the kids who was lost in the system. I am one of those lost children.

My 2 daughtersdaugand 7 have a psychotic aunt who learned some things my 10 yr old and 11 yr old did. She told me at 3pm what the 2 told her. Both made their own choices to do something they knew was wrong. So we immediately talked to them and they didn't deny anything. However their aunts twin was my ex who I had my 2 girls with. They are both mentally ill and my ex died at 36 in Dec now the aunt is is even more crazy and was cool to inform my current wifewand I ofof hesthings. We putpthem in separate rooms ttonight..... The 1st nightniAnd set up counseling and made strict rules. Well all of the sudden sheshe calls cps 4 hrs ago and they call me and treat me like scum and say that I have to bring my 2 to be questioned tomorrow because their aunt out of nowhere claims my 10 yr old is being molested by my step daughter. So now after all the progress we made today is out the window because she changed what the girls told her and said it was molestation by my step daughter. I have dealt with this and turned the other cheek many times with their aunt but this was the final straw. 1. Can they manipulate my girls into defining it as molestation? 2. Can I sue cpscif they rule my step daughter is a threat to my daughters? Can they force her out of the house? Can I sue cps or their aunt?

No, there could be underlying medical issues with that child that you have no idea about.
