My sisters and I have recently taken up the extreme couponing trend. Unfortunately our Sunday paper doesn't have very good coupons in it lately. Can anyone share their online source for good coupons please? We are in a coupon trading club, so we will be happy with any coupons because even if we can't use them, we can trade them.

For those of you who are gonna have negative comments, my sister went to the grocery store with all the local sales adds and her coupons last Tuesday. Her total came to 173.76, after her coupons and price matching discounts she only paid 46 and some change. She got 4 bottles of Aussie shampoo absolutely free.

Thanks in advance for any help....

You can also set something up with a local gas station where they will give you the left over papers on Sunday night.

And my boyfriends mom has been couponing for over a year now and it's saved her so much money. She got 90 bucks worth of hotdogs and lunch meat for free with her coupons. All she had to pay was tax.

If u go to Kroger on Monday's between 4 and 5 they will put their meat in sale!

If you have certain brands you buy sign up for their special promotions. For example, I get about four international delight coupons for my coffee creamer a month.

Couponmom.com offers the deals from each local store and matches to coupons with the adds and tells which coupons from red plum and smart source go along with the deals.

Hell yeah coupons is awesome. I do it. You can also buy inserts from Ebay. Inserts from different area's of the country are better than this area. I get mine from Florida, Illinois and California. Please watch what you buy so you are still making/saving money. If you have a Facebook add these people and it will help you as well. Adventures in Coupons, Adventures of a Couponista, The Krazy Coupon Lady. Coupons.com is good also. You can use different zip codes as well.

Aussie is crap shampoo. I'm surprised they don't give it away in the first place.

And maybe instead of spending so much time couponing, it would probably more beneficial to discover low cost meals that are consistent and don't depend on coupons to prepare. It would be a better use of your time and energy.

I'm sorry if my kids prefer steak to bologna. We have expensive taste. But at least 6 nights a week we eat a home cooked supper and we always have a home cooked breakfast. My grocery bill is at least $100 a week or more.

Don't get carried away and go overboard. Later you will realize time was wasted getting stuff that either ruined or you decided wasn't right for you.

I plan 7 days worth of meals and then make a grocery list. I only get several of the things I'm getting for free. If I have too much I do care packages or something like that with it. If I have a chance to get free toiletries I'd rather get them and give them away than to not get them.

My sister does the extreme couponing and she buys her coupons on eBay. Try to get coupons from like New York City or places like that. The cost of living is much higher than here so their coupons are worth more. Good luck!

Use southern savers. They post the Krogers ad on Saturday morning so you can plan the day before and she posts a link to all the coupons needed for the ad or where to find them (ss, red plum, p&g). Also if you are getting multiple of something you can call the guy who puts in the orders for the store.(I don't want to put his name on here) and they can order whatever you need. That way you don't have to fight others for the deals or clear the shelves. Hope that helps.

If you want to get the Krogers ad sooner try IHeartKrogers.com they usually have the next weeks ad up before Friday. Also you may want to go to each of the stores you shop at and sign up for their news letters that way some of them like Walgreens will email you with their upcoming ad insert before the weekend.

Dont for get to check out daily deals also at

southernsavers.com
coupons.com
Redplum.com
Also walmart had printables. Walmart.com go to the bottom of the page and click coupons.
Southernsavers is the best but they list the sale ads and coupons to match. Sometimes you need something that not in sale so search the other sites.
Southernsavers has links to the others on their page.
