Does any one know what hours the shifts are? Is it 10$ for every shift if your temp?

They recently showed us a new pay scale but yes u start at 10 for first shift which is mandatory 6:30am to 3:15 but as late as 7:15 depending on the day. Second shift starts at 10.40 I do believe and their shifts start sometime around 715 or 730 to 6:30 am. Pretty good money just a lot of miscommunication amongst the different departments.

That place sucks ball sacks, I would rather be told to work 12 hrs, then to think I could leave in 8, It never happens. Good luck, I did it when I worked temp. Better than nothing. Don't forget about all the prework meetings and the silly streches.

It wasn't to bad if you could get yourself in the proper mindset. It's better than not working.

Shut up stupid!!! U suck ball sacks, prolly why u don't work there any more. It's a good job, but u have to be willing work and not be lazy. It'd long hrs but that's how u make money! If just want to work 8hrs then go to a fast food place.

You shut up fool, you don't have to work at TTMA to make money doofus. I work 8 hours a day with optional overtime M-F and pound for pound I make more money than I did at TTMA for a fraction of the work. No I don't work fast food, I have a more respectable job than working as some monkey in a factory.

Place is a joke. Youll out work their full-time employees, get paid less and never get hired after a year. No points, perfect attendance the whole 9

You'll work your life away if you plan on staying there. If you need money, stay there for a few months and then leave.

Good advice. Japanese companies are a good place to learn, but dump them as soon as you can. They will steal your life.
