I agree, the waiters are too great, they give you your bills as soon as you get your food feels like your rushed. Food is really high, if texas roadhouse was open for lunch I doubt Logan's would last. I ordered a sirloin last week and it was fatty. Not worth $40 for two people to eat lunch

I personally think Logan's is better than Texas roadhouse.

I have to agree...I didn't like it either. Prices too high and food is only mediocre.

I tried Logan's and I was very impressed. I knew it was new and that all the staff would be still in the learning process but I still gave it a shot. I was pleased. Not a long wait. Fun atmosphere. Friendly staff. My server was very helpful to the ?'s I asked. I could tell waiting tables was not new to her she kept our drinks filled and the yummy rolls coming, and I must say the rolls are definitely better than Texas Roadhouse. She had short blonde hair and the prettiest blue eyes I have ever seen. I had read on here that most of the staff was "rough looking" but as I was there I didn't see much of that. Everyone seemed to get along and like their job. I tried the Filet and my wife had the Sirloin both were excellent. Overall I'd say it was a great dining experience and for being so new they are doing a great job and I look forward to dining with them again in the future. Everyone should give them a try but understand they are all still learning so dont be so quick to judge. At least they have a job and trying to provide for them self. I'd rather eat at their business and tip the wait staff then pay taxes for it to go to the ones who won't work!

I really appreciate your comments, I work there and there are always going to be sucky servers no matter where you go as well as good servers and great servers. The kitchen is working hard and getting better. As for the looks of the servers, there are also always going to be ugly, regular, and very good looking employees. It is almost the same everywhere. We have class though and are striving to be great. For the most part we are very passionate about our guests and the future of Logan's.

expensive is an opinion, I might not know the complete key to success, but the key to failure is to try and please everyone. Quote (Bill Cosby). You can't please everyone especially when a lot of people in this town take advantage of new restaurants just to get free meals. Not saying you are one of them. It does happen though. We strive to be great and we will get better. Plus you have to think, the majority of people working there are poor and single moms. You really need to understand where people come from before you judge people.

we are instructed to give checks on first check backs after received food during lunch so people can get back to work and bring checks at third check back after received food at night so we can let everybody eat there that are waiting. We will never tell you to leave and you are welcome to stay as long as you want, you will never be asked to leave unless you are making a scene. Everything we do has a purpose and that purpose is for your convenience. Unless you own a corporate restaurant, you really don't understand. Logan's has spent millions of dollars researching the best guest experience possible. They are opening restaurants and have opened them all over the United States. I would say they know what they are doing and their track record speaks for itself. We are a corporate restaurant, so we are not going anywhere and you all will be back.

I want to work here, what do I need to do to work here. Correct spelling and complete sentences would be a start.

went with a party of 9 and the staff acted like they were clueless on how to sit us bc we needed 2 high chairs. The service was terrible. They messed our check up like 5 times then waited like 30 mins for the manager to come out. The food was terrible too. Salad had water in it and our meals were cold. Lesson learned, won't be back!

Guys, they're new. I've been in there twice for lunch and even though the service and food weren't extraordinary, you could tell everyone was really trying. They're a brand new restaurant, of course it's going to take everyone one while to get the hang of things. Come back and judge them im 6 months when they're not brand new..

Are we still calling this place new? It's been open a month. It's a chain restaurant with training agendas in place for them. It's not like they had to open blind. Coorperate trainers were there to show them how to do everything and teach them the Logan's way. If you don't like this place by now, you never will. This Logan's is just like all the others.

Even though our service was great, the food was not worth it. They have little to choose from, and the rolls were not even cooked all the way

they have only been open 3 weeks. They are very busy bc alot of people bought gift cards for Christmas bc it was the new restaurant in town plus they had a special going on with their gift cards. So most of O'boro Is trying them out. They are most definitely still in the "new" stage. Id say give a place 3-6 months before u dont consider them new anymore. They are all learning and doing great. At least they have a job!
