Regarding the preparation H... Do you use the cream or ointment? Also, how would you do the facial part of the 'It Works' system?

I use the cream bc the ointment tends to clog my pores. I cover all areas then wrap in clear wrap then a ace bandage wrap to keep it close to my skin. As far as the neck and face area I use it on the chin area then just wrap with ace bandage. I just pretty much sling wrap the ace bandage over the top of my head. I've done it several times and it has always worked. The key is to wrap everything snug and DRINK WATER!!

There's nothing wrong with this thread. I like this one. The ones you need to delete are the ones spreading bad gossip about people.

You seem pretty skinny to need wraps. Or was it just loose skin? If its loose skin I can see where Prep H would help, or the wraps itself just making you sweat off extra fluid buildup. I dno I just know that in the summer going outside and wrapping a black trash bag tight around my beergut and working out/sweating a lot makes me lose a lot from my gut.
I don't know, but I've had kids and they took a toll on me with loose skin so I'm trying the preparation h. I'm gonna tell my honey tomorrow to lather me up with some preparation h.

I posted this to help women out there. Having kids is hard on a woman's body and sometimes, no matter how hard you work out and eat right, there are problem areas you just cannot fix on your own.

OMG.... That's so funny! So, if I happen to be driving around and see you mowing the lawn with a black trash bag wrapped around yourself, I'll be sure to get you a cold one and say hi!

45 minutes is how long you leave them on - that's for any area.

Why don't you just drink water and walk outside on days it's nice. It's free and you won't smell like an over medicated chocolate starfish.
Great point. Walking and water are key to weight loss... However, and I used to exercise like mad and walk 10 miles a week, when you've had children there are areas you just cannot correct with crunches, walking or water. One area on me in that "pooch" below my belly button. I've had two c-sections and could exercise all day long without results. Wraps are a great alternative to a tummy tuck.
