Have anyone experienced instances of extreme rudeness, threats, accusations, etc. from any worker in that office if so, who was the worker? What was said or done to upset you? Did you file a complaint? Did your case get heard?
We all know the workers are overworked and this will not get better anytime soon but there seems to be a pattern with a couple of the ladies who seek to make clients feel less than. If you had an extreme interaction or consistent negative issues that would would care to share, please do. Please, just the facts. No need for a lot of foul language because it does not make you sound like the bigger person. No names except the worker who treated you extremely bad or the one who treated you like a human without judgement of you. The good ones need to be acknowledged for what they do.

Which DCBS office are you referring to? The office for food stamps/medical cards or protection & permanency. They both fall under the Cabinet for Health & Family Services, Department for Community Based Services. Also, have you had any experiences similar to the ones you mentioned in your post?

I am referring to the dept for for family support assistance. food stamps, medical card, KTAP, etc. Not Protective services. And gratefully, I am blessed at this point not to need them.
