I had great luck with Jim Demaio. I'm sure people will now trash him but I had no issues.

I tried to buy a house they were selling, but they put almost no effort into selling it to me, and acted aloof and hard to reach, as if they would be doing me a huge favor to even consider selling it to me. They ended up selling it to someone else for less money than I would have been willing to pay. And I have excellent credit and a huge down payment, just sitting in the bank waiting till I find another house I like.

One point to keep in mind is that Owensboro is not a good place to find the best of any kind of profession, whether it be real estate brokers, lawyers, doctors, plumbers, or anything. If they were extremely good at what they do, they could make a lot more money in a bigger city. Owensboro is like a retreat for mediocre professionals. Here they can be moderately successful because their competition is no more competent than they are.

Now that's just not true. Believe it or not, some people love Owensboro, I am one of them. It's home. I have had job offers that would have paid me twice as much as I make here. I love it here, didn't want to move my family. Also, in many cases, the cost of living is also much higher in other cities. I know many people here in town that are at the top of their profession.

Chris Harney at Castlen is hands down the best realtor in this town. He is so helpful, so nice and sweet and he is incredibly sexy too!

When a guy seems incredibly sexy to you, there is no way you can accurately judge how good he is at his job. Being sexy will make him seem like the best.

Thanks, but considering your political views, I think I will pass on anything you have to say Mr. Socialist.

Morgan montgomery is awesome! Super helpful and will do anything to get the job done. And she's from a big city so she's experienced. Pretty easy on the eyes as well ;) she works for a new company in town. Forgot the name but she's on fb
