This is a joke... To charge a fee to live in a neighborhood ..... Get a life ... We bought the property and the home... And have to pay a "fee" to live here...... Pathetic .....

Downs dues are $100 in Belmont section (3 sections and 3 different association) goes towards the upkeep(mulch, mowing, weeds, trimming & clean up) of property on fairview (we're sign is and the whole line of trees) and then all islands, area on stirrup and the huge empty lot. Money also goes towards insurance that is required, lawyer fee (rarely needed) and tax preparation. It's kept as low as possible.

Does that include trash pick up such as weekly residential trash service? Or anything? That is 60 higher than a few years ago....no wonder I see people in lake forest always having garage sales...they are house poor....I thought it was odd so many garage sales...
